*Insert a creative metaphor for a writer’s insanity*

I find it interesting, analyzing myself as a writer, that I don’t care about grammar that much, although I’d like to increase my vocabulary (and develop more coherence); but I don’t like talking to people.

It’s a weird, contradictory life as a writer, where you don’t want to talk to people, but you want to write and have them read it.

But you don’t write FOR them. You write for YOU.

It’s like talking to yourself out loud, but wanting people to listen to you speak to yourself, and then saying “Hey, listen to what I’m saying to myself. I want you to like it, but I also don’t care if you don’t.”

You have to be insane as a writer…

My fear of going insane due to getting lost in my imagination… : Why my best friend is probably Buzz Lightyears away of me as far as writing is concerned…

I Really Don’t CARE If Other People Don’t Like My Work.
